Paperwork is not due while signing up online. It must be handed in by Aug 1st. You can skip over the paperwork attachment sections during the online sign up.

All forms must be dated and signed after January 1, 2025. We cannot accept forms from last season.
FOOTBALL : Paperwork/check is not due at time of registration, but must be uploaded or received by 8/1:
2025 Physical Consent from your Doctor to play Tackle Football.
MEDICAL WAIVER MUST BE FILLED OUT BY YOUR CHILDS DOCTOR and dated in 2025.

The 2025 Football Season registration:
*Tackle Grades 4-8. Modified Flag Grades 2-4 (see Football drop-down menu for more info).
CHEER PAPERWORK:
*Please see the CHEER page for all cheer paperwork. Cheer paperwork must be uploaded to the cheerleaders profile when registering. Also the paperwork must be from Pop Warner. It is not the same paperwork that football uses. If your paperwork does not say Pop Warner then we cannot except you registration.
